Why Administrators' Training?

Training is essential to the success of your organization’s educational ministry. Accelerated Christian Education offers training sessions specifically designed for senior pastors, administrators, and principals.

These 5-day-long sessions at the A.C.E. Professional Training Center in Hendersonville, Tennessee, include:

  • First-hand experience of Learning Center procedures
  • Essential keys to successful administration
  • Insightful and informative workshops
  • Expanded spiritual emphasis

Who Attends Administrators' Training?

Administrators’ Training is required for the Senior Pastor, Administrator, and Principal — those who delegate the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of the Learning Center. Administrators’ Training is not designed to equip those who will have daily responsibilities as the supervisor of a Learning Center in a school using the A.C.E. curriculum and program. An official A.C.E. Leadership Training Certificate is issued upon completion.

Administrators’ Training is conducted during the summer in a Learning Center environment. Our goal in the training session is to glorify the Lord. To show deference to the many different denominations that attend, please come dressed in conservative business attire. Gentlemen, please wear dress shirts, slacks, and ties (suit jackets are optional). Ladies, please wear modest knee-length dresses or skirts and blouses. In order to minimize distractions, please note that no children are allowed in the training sessions. No child care is available.

Registration

For schools with a Ministry Service Agreement, a $50 registration fee is required to reserve your seat in a Training session. Upon completion, this fee will be refunded. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back to that card. The registration fees will not be refunded to those who register but do not attend or who do not complete Training. Per the Ministry Service Agreement, Administrators’ Training is available at no charge for a maximum of three administrative staff for first-year schools and two administrative staff thereafter. For staff beyond the third administrator for the first year or beyond the second administrator thereafter, or administrative staff from schools pursuing a Ministry Service Agreement, the registration fee is $100.

Seating is limited in all Training sessions, so advance registration is mandatory to guarantee a seat. Registration for all Training sessions will close when all available seats are filled or on the prior Thursday at midnight. A seat is not reserved until payment has been made. Please do not make any travel plans until you have a reserved seat in the training session.
